Return and Refund Policy

At inner Radiance, our mission is your complete satisfaction. If you're not 100% happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund — no questions asked (see eligibility below).


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, unopened, with tags attached and in original packaging
  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

We reserve the right to inspect all returned items, and deny a refund if the product shows signs of use or does not meet the return criteria.


How to Initiate a Return

To start your return:

  1. Email us at support@goinnerradiance.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. You may use any shipping carrier of your choice
  3. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise stated
  4. Our return shipping address will be provided once the return is approved

Damaged, Incorrect, or Wrong Variant?

We’ve Got You Covered — Hassle-Free!

If you’ve received a:

  • Damaged item
  • Wrong color or variant
  • Incorrect product
  • Defective item

Please email us within 24 hours of delivery at support@goinnerradiance.com with photo/video evidence attached.

In such cases, we’ll offer:

  • A free replacement/exchange
  • Or, if you prefer a refund: ship the item back (at your cost), and once verified, we’ll reimburse:
    • Full product cost
    • + Standard return shipping cost (with receipt)

Only standard shipping costs are reimbursed. Express/priority return shipping is not eligible for reimbursement.

Returns for damaged/incorrect items submitted after 24 hours are not eligible for shipping reimbursement.


Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used personal care products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Custom/personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Special/bulk orders

🇪🇺 EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, per EU law.

To qualify:

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase
  • Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You’ll be notified via email of the approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days

Note: Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

If it’s been 14 business days since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@goinnerradiance.com.


Fraud & Abuse Policy

To protect our brand and customers, Inner Radiance reserves the right to deny service or refund in cases of:

  • Excessive return abuse
  • Missing or fraudulent claims
  • Attempted chargebacks without contacting support

Inner Radiance is proudly owned and operated by The Brutte Inc.
All returns and refunds are processed by The Brutte on behalf of the brand.
